About the Role –Junior Fullstack Developer

We are looking for a motivated Junior Fullstack Developer to join our engineering team and work on customer-facing products. This role offers hands-on exposure to both frontend and backend development while collaborating closely with experienced developers in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will contribute to new feature development, system maintenance, and continuous improvement of our platforms while strengthening your fullstack skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js and Tailwind CSS
• Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and Express.js
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs and assist with GraphQL-based services
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for data management and optimization
• Implement basic caching strategies using Redis
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
• Write and maintain unit tests using Vitest and React Testing Library
• Learn and work with specialized libraries such as React Flow and Fabric.js
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality product features

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript (basic TypeScript knowledge preferred)
• Understanding of React.js, hooks, state management (Redux / Context API)
• Basic backend knowledge with Node.js and Express.js
• Familiarity with REST APIs and database concepts
• Understanding of SQL vs NoSQL databases
• Working knowledge of Git and version control workflows
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly
• Basic understanding of testing practices and code quality standards
