Junior Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We’re seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer who is passionate about building modern, scalable web applications and continuously improving their technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both frontend and backend technologies and a solid understanding of software development fundamentals. You’ll be working alongside experienced developers on diverse projects that require creative problem-solving and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications across the full stack.
• Implement clean, efficient, and reusable code using best practices.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs for seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
• Collaborate with team members to define, design, and ship new features.
• Work with databases (MongoDB, MySQL) for efficient data modeling and management.
• Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing existing applications.
• Use version control tools like Git/GitHub and participate in code reviews.
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies to enhance development quality and productivity.

Programming Languages: Java, C++, Python, Django
Frontend: React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS
Backend: Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Laravel
Databases: MongoDB, MySQL, Elasticsearch, Redis
Core Fundamentals: Data Structures & Algorithms, OOP, DBMS, Operating Systems, Computer Networks
Tools & Technologies: Git, GitHub, Postman, Kibana, Supabase, Cursor.ai, MCP, RA

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in full stack development (internships or projects count).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Exposure to message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and DevOps workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ₹20,399.66 - ₹38,605.79 per month
