Junior Financial Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Finance Analyst to support our finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role is ideal for candidates with 6 to 1 years of experience who are eager to grow in the finance domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and budgets
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Analyze financial data and present key insights to the management team
• Maintain financial databases and spreadsheets
• Help track company performance against financial goals
• Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and analysis
• Assist in audit preparation and compliance reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 6–1 years of experience in a finance/accounting role or internship
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of financial tools or ERP systems is a plus
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with basic financial models and statements
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience using Tally, QuickBooks, or similar tools (optional)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
