Junior Finance Executive Job Description The Junior Finance Executive is responsible for financial transactions undertaken by a client business. This role is accountable for the process of handling large transactions, from planning and research through to execution and delivery of the deal. Outlined below are a number of standard duties that this job role entails Key responsibilities: The Corporate Finance Executive duties can include: · Handle daily accounting tasks like billing, invoicing, and maintaining ledgers. · Manage accounts payable/receivable and perform reconciliations. · Conduct bank reconciliations and manage petty cash. · Assist in budget tracking and financial forecasting. · Support GST, TDS, and compliance documentation. · Generate financial reports and support audits. · Coordinate with departments for invoice approvals. · Use accounting tools (Tally, Zoho, SAP) for financial management.
