Job Description

1Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads on various portals to scheduling interviews
  • Screen incoming resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Coordinate and communicate with candidates to ensure a positive experience
  • Conduct initial phone screenings as needed
  • Prepare offer letters and new hire documentation
  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring they have the necessary tools and access

2HR Administration & Operations:

  • Maintain and update employee records and files (both physical and digital) with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Manage the HR Information System (HRIS) and prepare various MIS reports of HR Admin
  • Process employee lifecycle changes such as promotions, transfers, and exits
  • Assist in the preparation of HR-related documents, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, and experience letters
  • Help manage the exit process, including conducting exit interviews and processing separation paperwork

3Employee Engagement & Support:

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Support in organizing employee engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs
  • Help maintain a positive work environment by being a proactive and supportive member of the HR team

4Compliance & Payroll Support:

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with statutory requirements (like PF, ESIC, PT,)
  • Prepare the payroll by providing accurate and timely data on attendance, leaves, and other deductions/adjustments
  • Help in the preparation of various HR/Admin reports for management review (e
    g, headcount, attrition, recruitment status)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A bachelors degree, with HR specialisation or a degree in the related field
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in an HR role or a strong, relevant internship
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, eager-to-learn, and positive attitude
