Job Summary:
The Senior Executive - HR and Admin will oversee HR operations and administrative functions to ensure smooth business operations in a fast-paced real estate development environment. This role involves strategic HR planning, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and administrative efficiency to support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:

Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for corporate and site staff (e.g., engineers, project managers, contractors).
- Conduct onboarding, orientation, and induction programs for new hires.

Employee Relations:
- Address employee grievances, conduct exit interviews, and ensure a positive workplace culture.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and feedback mechanisms.

Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Oversee payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, LWF), and employee benefits programs.
- Ensure timely submission of TDS, gratuity, and other statutory filings.

Training & Development:
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs for employees and site workers.
- Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.

Policy & Compliance:
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with labor laws and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Shops & Est Act, Contract Labor Act, etc.).

HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Prepare HR metrics (attrition, headcount, recruitment status) and management reports.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS/KEKA software systems.
Administration:

Office Management:
- Oversee office infrastructure, facilities, and vendor management (security, housekeeping, IT).
- Manage travel arrangements, event coordination, and logistics.

Documentation & Legal Compliance:
- Maintain records for property transactions, leases, licenses, and permits.
- Liaise with government authorities for statutory approvals (e.g., fire safety, building permits).

Site Administration Support:
- Coordinate with project teams for site office setup, staff accommodations, and utility management.
- Ensure safety protocols and PPE compliance at construction sites.

Asset Management:
- Track company assets (vehicles, equipment, laptops) and ensure maintenance.
Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/Postgraduate in HR is preferred. -
Experience:
5-8 years in HR and admin roles, preferably in real estate, construction, or infrastructure sectors. -
Certifications:
SHRM, HRCI, or similar certifications (advantageous). -
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office.
- Knowledge of labor laws (e.g., Minimum Wages Act, Industrial Disputes Act).

- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- High organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based with occasional travel to project sites.
