Job Summary: The Junior Executive – FG is responsible for managing and coordinating the movement, storage, and dispatch of finished goods. This role ensures proper inventory control, documentation, and compliance with quality standards while optimizing warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities:1. Finished Goods Management: Monitor and maintain FG inventory levels to ensure timely availability for dispatch. Ensure accurate stockkeeping and prevent stock discrepancies. Coordinate with production and sales teams for demand planning. 2. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination: Oversee FG dispatch and ensure timely delivery to customers and dealers. Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills. Work with logistics partners to track shipments and resolve delivery issues. 3. Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure all FG products meet company quality standards before dispatch. Conduct periodic stock audits and implement corrective actions. Maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies. 4. Data & Reporting: Maintain FG records in ERP systems and prepare stock reports. Analyze stock movements and provide regular updates to management. Assist in forecasting and demand planning. Required Skills & Qualifications: BTech/Diploma in Mechanical, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or FG management. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/WMS software. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent coordination and communication abilities. Preferred: Experience in the automobile or EV industry . Knowledge of GST, e-way bills, and dispatch documentation .
