Accountabilities
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Amazon (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display), Flipkart, and other marketplaces
- Conduct keyword research, bid management, and performance analysis, tuning metrics like ACoS and ROAS
- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and availability across platforms, coordinating with internal teams as needed
- Optimize product listings with high-converting titles, bullet points, A+ content, and backend keywords
- Manage inventory health, pricing strategies, and catalog accuracy while monitoring reviews, Buy Box ownership, and seller metrics
- Deliver regular performance reports with clear KPIs (sales, traffic, ad spend, ACoS, TACoS) and provide actionable insights
- Stay up to date on platform algorithm changes, competitor activity, and industry best practices
Requirements
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC ads and marketplace operations in a D2C or multi-brand environment
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Flipkart, Jiomart, Blinkit, Big Basket, or similar platforms
- Experience with ad optimization tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk, Sellics, or equivalent
- Proficiency in keyword research, bid management, and data-driven performance analysis
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional and remote teams
- Familiarity with marketplace-specific compliance, content standards, and operational requirements
