Junior Civil Engineer

Junior Civil Site Engineer (5 Years Experience) A dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Site Engineer with 5 years of hands-on experience in supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring quality control, and supporting project delivery within time and budget constraints. Skilled in coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site workers to maintain smooth project operations. Strong understanding of construction drawings, safety standards, and engineering practices. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring daily site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines. Supervise subcontractors and workforce to ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and safety protocols. Conduct site inspections, prepare technical reports, and identify potential issues to ensure effective problem resolution. Interpret construction drawings, structural plans, and technical documents to guide on-site work. Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports for senior engineers and project managers. Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and verify material quality upon arrival. Monitor and enforce safety measures, conducting toolbox talks and ensuring adherence to HSE regulations. Assist in preparing bar bending schedules (BBS), quantity estimations, and cost monitoring for various civil works. Communicate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to support smooth project execution. Ensure proper documentation of site activities, inspections, and quality checks for future reference and audits.
