Job Overview

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D (Mandatory skill) for effective project design and drafting.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Project to assist in project planning and management.
• Experience with STAAD.Pro for structural analysis and design of infrastructure projects.
• Competency in Bluebeam for document management and digital workflow efficiency.
• Familiarity with surveying techniques to support accurate site assessments and measurements.
• Ability to work with Primavera P6 for effective project scheduling and control.
• Strong analytical skills to approach complex problems with innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the project team and stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of civil engineering projects by developing basic engineering features and solutions.
• Conduct site surveys, inspections, and report findings to guide project planning and execution.
• Create and update engineering designs and layouts using Auto CAD and related software.
• Coordinate with senior engineers and project managers to align on project goals and expectations.
• Prepare project progress reports and provide updates to senior management on a regular basis.
• Support the implementation of industry standards and regulatory requirements in all project phases.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration.
• Stay abreast of new engineering techniques and software developments to maintain a competitive edge.
