Role Overview

We are seeking a Site Manager with 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate,construction, or infrastructure projects. This role involves daily supervision of on-siteactivities, coordination with vendors and contractors, and ensuring timely, qualitydelivery of construction phases.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site operations including labor management, work execution,and safety compliance.Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely material deliveryand work schedules.Monitor quality and progress of civil, structural, and finishing works.Maintain project timelines and escalate delays or deviations.Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and project plans.Maintain site documentation including daily progress reports, checklists, andmaterial receipts.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and head office for design or technicalclarifications.Enforce safety and compliance protocols at the site.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.2 to 4 years of experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects.Ability to read and interpret civil/architectural drawings.Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and project coordination.Good communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in MS Office and basic project documentation.Willingness to be based at project sites and manage on-ground challenges.
