Basic knowledge of construction drawings, QA/QC, and site safety practices.
Strong observation and reporting skills. Willingness to work at project sites and learn on the job. Ability to communicate effectively with site teams and supervisors. Familiarity with basic engineering tools, MS Office, or AutoCAD is a plus.
