Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in supervising day-to-day site activities for building construction projects.
Monitor execution of RCC work, brickwork, plastering, flooring, shuttering, and reinforcement as per drawings.
Ensure work progress as per project schedule and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and site supervisors.
Check materials quality and support in quantity measurement.
Maintain daily site reports, material records, and progress updates.
Ensure safety guidelines and compliance at the site.
Support the senior engineer in preparing BOQ, measurements, and documentation.

Key Skills Required:

Knowledge of building construction methods and materials
Basic understanding of structural drawings & site execution
MS Office, AutoCAD knowledge preferred
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Experience:

Civil engineering: 2 years (Required)
Building Construction: 2 years (Required)
