Junior Civil Engineer

We are looking for a Site Engineer to oversee project execution, manage labor and vendors, coordinate site activities, and ensure efficient resource management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site-based calculations, reading drawings, and implementing work as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee construction projects to ensure timely and quality execution.
• Manage labor, vendors, and on-site resources efficiently.
• Interpret and implement construction drawings on-site.
• Conduct site-based calculations and ensure accurate measurements.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor material usage, track inventory, and manage procurement as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with project guidelines.
• Prepare and submit regular site progress reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in site supervision, labor & vendor management, and project execution.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle on-site challenges.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
