Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and customer-focused Female Sales Executive to join our on-site sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in clients, explaining project details, building relationships, and ensuring smooth post-sales support. Key Responsibilities ✅ Customer Interaction Greet and attend to walk-in customers at the project site. Understand customer needs and guide them with suitable property options. Build strong rapport and maintain professional communication. ✅ Project Presentation Explain the project features, USPs, floor plans, pricing, and legal documentation. Conduct site tours and help prospects visualize their future home/investment. ✅ Sales Conversion Handle negotiations, payment plan discussions, and closure of deals. Coordinate with the sales manager and CRM team to achieve monthly targets. ✅ Post-Sales Support Assist in documentation and follow-ups post-booking. Act as a point of contact for the customer until handover. Liaise with back-office for updates, queries, and customer communication. Desired Candidate Profile Gender : Female candidates only (as per team balance requirements). Experience : 2–5 years in real estate sales or customer service. Qualification : Any graduate; MBA in Marketing is a plus. Skills : Excellent communication (English, Hindi, and local language preferred). Confident and presentable personality. Ability to build trust with clients and deliver results under deadlines. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
