Computer Operator / CRM & Digital Coordination Executive

(Real Estate – Salesforce Pre-Sales)

We are hiring a Computer Operator with CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) to support our real estate pre-sales operations and coordinate with our digital marketing team. The role involves CRM data handling, basic IT support, and smooth communication between teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update leads in Salesforce CRM
• Coordinate between management and the digital marketing team
• Provide campaign inputs, collect feedback, and share required reports
• Handle MS Office tasks (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic hardware support: RAM/HDD checks, assembling parts, replacing components
• Printer setup, maintenance & troubleshooting
• Install software, drivers, OS & manage backups
• Email handling, typing & accurate data entry

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
• Knowledge of digital marketing basics & team coordination
• Good MS Office skills
• Basic hardware and printer troubleshooting
• Good communication & organisational skills

Preferred

• B.Tech graduates from reputed colleges in Visakhapatnam
• Female married candidates encouraged (not mandatory)
