Location: Ankhol (Waghodia) Qualification: BE Civil (Mandatory) Experience: At least 2 years in Residential and Commercial Construction is preferable Salary Range: INR 14,000 TO 16,000 PLUS MULTI-LAYERED INCENTIVIZATION Roles & Responsibilities: The Junior Engineer will be in charge of on-site execution activities, document control, quality controlsbab, estimation & billing work. In-charge of all on-site construction workload under the guidance of Sr. Project Engineer. Maintain and manage all construction drawings, construction material tracking, quality control & project scheduling workload. Develop Cost Estimates, Work Schedules and Progress Reports. Act as the technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives. Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications. Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
