Key Responsibilities: Accounts & Finance Management Maintain accurate books of accounts as per applicable accounting standards. Handle day-to-day accounting entries including expenses, vendor bills, and payments. Oversee cash flow management, fund utilization, and bank reconciliation. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements. Project & Site Accounts Monitor project-wise expenditure and prepare cost control statements. Coordinate with site engineers/supervisors for timely submission of site expenses and bills. Track material purchases, stock, and contractor/vendor payments. MIS & Reporting Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports, P&L statements, and balance sheets. Submit reports on receivables, payables, advances, and pending dues. Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Audit & Compliance Handle internal and statutory audits. Maintain records for PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and Labour Compliance-related accounting. Liaise with banks, auditors, and government authorities as required.
