Role Description

2–3 years of experience in an IT product environment

Job Role

Gather and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.

Translate business needs into detailed user stories, BRDs, and process flows.

Support product managers in roadmap planning, prioritization, and backlog grooming.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers and development teams during the design and development phases.

Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives in Agile/Scrum environments.

Assist in performing UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validating that delivered solutions meet business expectations.

Work with QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and clarify requirements.

Analyze data and provide insights to improve processes or product features.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any IT related
