Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a IT Business Analyst located in Mumbai/Belgaum . The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering business requirements, and identifying potential improvements. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to communicate findings and develop effective business strategies. Regular tasks include conducting detailed analysis, preparing reports, and presenting insights to help drive business decisions and optimize processes. Role Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional with 2–3 years of experience in an IT product environment , preferably within the FinTech domain . The ideal candidate should also have 6 months to 1 year of experience as a software developer , enabling them to bridge the gap between technical and business requirements effectively. Job Role Gather and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into detailed user stories, BRDs, and process flows. Support product managers in roadmap planning, prioritization, and backlog grooming. Collaborate with UX/UI designers and development teams during the design and development phases. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives in Agile/Scrum environments. Assist in performing UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validating that delivered solutions meet business expectations. Work with QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and clarify requirements. Analyze data and provide insights to improve processes or product features.
