Role Description

Aadhya Technologies Inc. is seeking a passionate Junior Bench Sales Recruiter for a full-time remote role. The selected individual will focus on identifying, recruiting, and placing suitable candidates for IT consulting and recruitment projects. Day-to-day tasks include identifying candidates through various sourcing strategies, managing the recruitment lifecycle, building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships, and effectively communicating with both clients and candidates to ensure smooth placement processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Experience with Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting processes.
• Need to work in

  Eastern time zone

  ( EST ) from 9 am to 5 pm EST
• Proficiency in overseeing Hiring and Account Management processes.
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective engagement with clients and candidates.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in IT staffing or consulting services is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
