Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Bench Sales Recruiter, located in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Junior Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and recruiting talented candidates for various technical positions. The day-to-day tasks include managing the full recruitment life cycle, collaborating with hiring managers, building and maintaining a candidate pipeline, and supporting account management efforts.

Qualifications

• Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting skills
• Experience in Hiring and Account Management
• Strong Communication skills
• Familiarity with the IT industry and technical recruitment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
