Job Description: Junior Bench Sales Recruiter Location: Satellite, Ahmedabad Experience: Minimum 4 months as a Bench Sales Recruiter About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 months of experience in Bench Sales recruiting, with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Work with Bench candidates (H1B, OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, GC, US Citizens) and place them with Tier 1 vendors, clients, and prime vendors. Market candidates’ resumes effectively through job portals, networking, and other recruiting channels. Maintain strong relationships with candidates, consultants, and vendors to ensure successful placements. Negotiate contracts, pay rates, and employment terms with vendors and clients. Track, update, and maintain candidate records in the recruitment database. Coordinate interviews, feedback, and follow-ups with vendors and consultants. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for candidate submissions and placements. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 4 months of experience in Bench Sales recruiting (US Staffing). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc. Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with consultants and vendors.
