Role Overview
We are seeking an Architect with a strong understanding of master planning to support the design and development of large-scale cultural, civic, and museum projects. The role requires working at a macro level, zoning, circulation planning, land-use strategy, and site development, while ensuring seamless alignment with storytelling, architectural intent, and experiential design layers.
● Prepare site-level master plans, circulation layouts, and visitor flow strategies.
● Develop zoning, massing studies, block layouts, and integration strategies with public infrastructure.
● Collaborate with landscape architects, MEP/structural consultants, curators, and government stakeholders.
● Ensure compliance with relevant codes, urban regulations, and project guidelines.
● Translate narratives and curatorial/experiential concepts into functional site-level spatial frameworks.
● Support design documentation including GFC drawings, planning reports, and phasing strategies.
● Conduct site studies, context mapping, and sustainability/feasibility assessments.
● Assist in preparing and updating architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed plans in coordination with the design team.
● Support documentation, revisions, and drawing coordination to ensure accuracy and alignment with design intent and project requirements.
Profile-
● Strong analytical and conceptual skills in circulation planning, zoning, and land-use development.
● Exposure to cultural, heritage-sensitive, or experience-driven projects is an advantage.
