Job Description – Junior Accountant

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant with at least 2 years of experience to support day-to-day accounting operations at Visual Vibrations Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting principles, documentation, taxation basics, and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Daily Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally/Zoho Books.
• Maintain ledgers, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Update cash book, bank book, and petty cash reports.
• Track and maintain accounts payable & receivable.

2. Invoicing & Billing

• Prepare sales invoices for lighting, automation, audio & interior projects.
• Manage purchase bills, vendor entries, GRNs, and credit notes.
• Coordinate with the sales & warehouse team for accurate billing.

3. GST & Taxation Support

• Assist in GST calculation, returns preparation, and reconciliation.
• Maintain vendor GST compliance and verify GST inputs.
• Support in TDS entries, challan preparation, and monthly tax working.

4. Banking & Payments

• Handle online payments, RTGS/NEFT entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor payment cycles and follow-ups with vendors/customers.
• Maintain proper documentation of receipts and payments.

5. Inventory & Purchase Coordination

• Verify purchase orders, delivery challans, and stock updates with the warehouse.
• Assist in stock valuation and monthly closing reports.

6. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain proper filing of financial documents, bills, agreements, and vouchers.
• Support in audit preparation and provide required documents to auditors.
• Ensure adherence to company financial policies and compliance standards.

7. Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for management.
• Track outstanding payments, expense reports, and project-wise costing.
• Submit periodic reports to senior accountants and management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / MS Excel.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, purchase flow, and invoicing.
• Good communication skills and professional behaviour.
• Ability to handle confidential data with responsibility.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.

Working Conditions

• Full-time, On-site role at Visual Vibrations Pvt. Ltd., Nagpur.
• Coordination with HR, Sales, Warehouse, Automation, and Accounts departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,380.17 - ₹27,256.56 per month
