Job Summary: The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for the smooth, accurate, and efficient functioning of warehouse operations in an FMCG environment. The role involves managing inbound and outbound activities, inventory control, order processing, and ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards. The position requires a detail-oriented professional capable of handling high-volume stock movement and maintaining tight control over inventory accuracy and dispatch timelines. Key Responsibilities:1. Inventory & Stock Management Maintain optimal stock levels to support uninterrupted production and sales. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock verification. Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO implementation for all perishable and non-perishable items. Record and monitor stock movement. Investigate and resolve stock variances or discrepancies promptly. 2. Inbound & Outbound Operations Supervise the unloading and verification of incoming raw materials and finished goods. Oversee timely and accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of customer or distributor orders. Coordinate with transporters for vehicle scheduling and timely dispatch. Ensure documentation accuracy (GRN, gate passes, delivery challans, invoices). 3. Warehouse Organization & Efficiency Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment. Ensure proper labeling, segregation, and stacking of goods. Optimize storage space and ensure adherence to warehouse layout plans. 4. Quality, Safety & Compliance Adhere to company and FMCG industry hygiene and safety protocols. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., FSSAI guidelines, if applicable). Monitor temperature-sensitive goods as per storage requirements. Conduct routine safety checks of material handling equipment. 5. Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with production, sales, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth supply chain flow. Prepare and share daily MIS reports — stock status, inward/outward summaries, dispatch performance. Assist during internal/external audits and stock reconciliations.
