Ensure documentation accuracy (GRN, gate passes, delivery challans, invoices). 3. Warehouse Organization & Efficiency Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment. Ensure proper labeling, segregation, and stacking of goods. Optimize storage space and ensure adherence to warehouse layout plans. 4. Quality, Safety & Compliance Adhere to company and FMCG industry hygiene and safety protocols. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., FSSAI guidelines, if applicable). Monitor temperature-sensitive goods as per storage requirements. Conduct routine safety checks of material handling equipment. 5. Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with production, sales, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth supply chain flow. Prepare and share daily MIS reports — stock status, inward/outward summaries, dispatch performance. Assist during internal/external audits and stock reconciliations.
