Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their accounting career to gain hands-on experience and grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete handling accounts & inventory in Tally

• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports

• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Prepare and issue invoices to customers

• Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings

• Maintain accurate and organized financial records

• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow

• Assist with audits and tax filings as needed

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

• Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Experience with Tally (mandatory)

• 2–6 years of Accounting experience preferred 

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP preferred)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel [Mandate]

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of payroll and tax regulations
