Role Description

This is a full-time remote Junior Accountant role reporting to the Director of Finance. As a Junior Accountant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our finance and operations team with day-to-day accounting tasks, month-end close, and financial reporting. You’ll work in a dynamic, tech-driven environment where accuracy, agility, and collaboration are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processing, including payment tracking
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and general ledger accounts
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries and accruals
• Maintain accurate records of revenue recognition for subscription-based services
• Help prepare financial reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, HR) to ensure financial data integrity
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives using accounting software and SaaS tools

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English language
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 0–2 years of accounting experience (internships or SaaS/healthcare exposure a plus)
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Excel
• Understanding of GAAP and basic revenue recognition principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Interest in healthcare innovation and cloud technology
