to life. Our finance team is the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our artistic

endeavors are built on a solid financial foundation.


Role Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and enthusiastic Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The

ideal candidate will be a commerce graduate with a strong understanding of Indian

accounting principles. You will play a vital role in maintaining our financial records,

supporting our day-to-day accounting functions, and ensuring compliance with Indian tax

regulations. This is a unique opportunity to grow your accounting career within a creative and

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9, ensuring accuracy
  • and completeness.
  • Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including vendor
  • payments and client invoicing.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain oversight of cash flow.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
  • Ensure compliance with Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) regulations, including timely
  • deduction, deposit, and assistance with filing quarterly TDS returns.
  • Assist the senior accountant in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual
  • financial statements.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation, both physical
  • and digital.
  • Support the team during internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and explanations.
  • Assist with project-based accounting, helping to track budgets and expenses for
  • individual art projects.
  • Manage employee expense reimbursements and petty cash.


Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in an accounting role. Freshers with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Tally Prime or Tally ERP 9 is mandatory.
  • Solid working knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel (VLOOKUP,

PivotTables, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles, Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), GST, and TDS.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
