Role Overview

We are looking for Junior Accountants

QuickBooks

Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Accountant, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining

  client books of accounts

  for US-based businesses.
• Passing and reviewing

  Bank and Credit Card entries

  and performing

  Bank Reconciliations.

• Managing Accounts Receivable (AR)

  and

  Accounts Payable (AP)

  entries.
• Preparing

  financial reports

  as per individual client requirements.
• Assisting in

  preparation of financial statements and reporting

  , which will be a major part of your daily work.
• Using

  MS Office tools

  , especially

  Excel

  , for reporting, analysis and documentation.

Tools & Software You’ll Work On

• Primary:

  QuickBooks (Online & Desktop)

• Others (as per client needs): Xero, Sage, Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium

  , etc.

Don’t worry if you haven’t used all of these already, we provide structured training to help you become confident on the required platforms.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Education:

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Intermediate

• Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience (Accounting/Bookkeeping experience preferred)

• Prior experience in

  US Accounting / US Bookkeeping

  is an added advantage

Skills & Prerequisites

You’re a strong fit if you have:

• Awareness of

  basic accountancy terminology.

• Working knowledge of Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

• Basic knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel

  (formulas, filters, basic analysis).
• The

  ability to read, write and understand English

  clearly.
• Exposure or experience in

  Financial Reporting & Analytical procedures.
