Role Overview

We are looking for Junior Accountants

to manage and maintain the

books of accounts for US-based clients.

This is a core execution role where you will work closely with senior accountants and client managers to ensure accuracy, timeliness and high-quality delivery.You will primarily work on

QuickBooks

along with other leading international accounting platforms.

Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Accountant, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining client books of accounts for US-based businesses.
  • Passing and reviewing Bank and Credit Card entries and performing Bank Reconciliations.
  • Managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) entries.
  • Preparing financial reports as per individual client requirements.
  • Assisting in preparation of financial statements and reporting, which will be a major part of your daily work.
  • Using MS Office tools, especially Excel, for reporting, analysis and documentation.
You will be trained and guided, but you will also be expected to take

ownership and responsibility

for the books you handle.

Tools & Software You’ll Work On

  • Primary: QuickBooks (Online & Desktop)
  • Others (as per client needs): Xero, Sage, Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium, etc.
Don’t worry if you haven’t used all of these already, we provide structured training to help you become confident on the required platforms.

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Education:
  • B.Com / M.Com / CA Intermediate
  • Experience:
  • 1–2 years of experience (Accounting/Bookkeeping experience preferred)
  • Prior experience in US Accounting / US Bookkeeping is an added advantage

Skills & Prerequisites

You’re a strong fit if you have:

  • Awareness of basic accountancy terminology.
  • Working knowledge of Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel (formulas, filters, basic analysis).
  • The ability to read, write and understand English clearly.
  • Exposure or experience in Financial Reporting & Analytical procedures.
