Junior Account Executive

Position: Account Executive Work Location: Noida, Sector 155 Interview Location: A-56, Naraina Phase 1, New Delhi Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations. Prepare invoices, maintain vendor/client accounts, and follow up on outstanding payments. Assist in financial reporting, MIS, and documentation as per company policies. Coordinate with internal teams for budgeting, cost analysis, and expense tracking. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and other taxation matters. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and support audits. Provide support in payroll processing and expense reimbursements. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance or equivalent. 1–3 years of experience in accounting or related roles (freshers with strong knowledge may also apply). Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles. Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax compliances. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
