Junior Account Executive

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to assist with the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate will support senior accounting staff, manage data entry, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate record-keeping and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring proper documentation.
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and post entries in accounting software (e.g., Tally).
• Prepare and process invoices, bills, and bank payments.
• Perform account reconciliations and assist in closing books on a monthly basis.
• Support the preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Assist with payroll calculations and processing.
• Maintain petty cash and update cash flow reports.
• Help prepare reports for internal use and audits.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers for payment-related queries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
