Job Description

Job Title: Junior Accounts Assistant

Location: Piska More-Ratu Road Ranchi

Experience: 3 – 5 Years

Industry Preference: Manufacturing, Logistics, and Supply Chain

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations within manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain industries and be proficient in Tally and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and data entry in Tally ERP.
Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, and receipts.
Assist in reconciliation of bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
Support in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as required.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Generate MIS reports and assist in financial analysis using Excel.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
