Role Summary

Sales Controller/Sales & After-Sales Marketing Finance, FP&A & Material Controller will lead financial governance, pricing strategy, budgeting, reporting, and CAPEX investment control for JSW Motors. The role ensures profitability, cost optimization, and strategic decision support across Sales, Marketing, After Sales, and Capital Investments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & After Sales - Marketing Finance

• Lead pricing strategy for vehicles, variants, spare parts, and accessories.
  
• Govern dealer incentives, discounts, and tactical schemes within budgets.
  
• Monitor sales overheads, marketing spends, and ensure ROI-driven allocation.
  
• Manage warranty provisions and optimize outbound logistics costs.
  

2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Drive annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
  
• Deliver monthly P&L, cash flow, margin analysis, and business performance reports.
  
• Enhance financial visibility through dashboards, analytics, and automation.
  
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across ERP/financial systems.
  

3. Material Controller

• Own CAPEX budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow planning.
  
• Conduct ROI assessments, depreciation planning, and Buy vs. Lease evaluations.
  
• Track approvals vs. actuals and ensure governance for all capital investments.
  

Compliance, Controls & Collaboration

• Strengthen financial controls, statutory compliance, and internal governance.
  
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, After Sales, Engineering, and Operations to support strategic and operational decisions.
  
• Provide insights to leadership for profitability improvement and cost efficiency.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• CA / MBA Finance/CMA
• 6 - 13 years of experience in automotive or manufacturing finance.
  
• Strong expertise in pricing, cost control, FP&A, and CAPEX management.
  
• Proficiency in SAP/ERP, advanced Excel, and financial modelling.
