Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr Sous Chef at Motodo pizzeria located in Mumbai BKC. The Jr Sous Chef will assist in daily kitchen operations , including preparing and cooking meals, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and managing kitchen staff. Responsibilities also include overseeing inventory, ensuring ingredient quality, and collaborating with the Head Chef to develop new recipes and menus. The Jr Sous Chef will play a key role in upholding our high standards of food presentation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Cooking and food preparation skills
• Experience in kitchen management and maintaining hygiene standards
• Inventory management and quality control skills
• Ability to collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development
• Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications
• Experience in International cuisine is a plus
