Pastry Chef

We're looking for a highly skilled, passionate, and innovative Chef to lead our Bakery team. If you have a love for baking, creativity in crafting exquisite desserts, and experience in leading a pastry kitchen, we want to hear from you! Role Description Oversee the Pastry/ Bakery section and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Design and execute innovative and high-quality dessert menus. Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of pastries and desserts. Train, mentor, and supervise junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff. Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage ingredient costs effectively. Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards in the pastry section. Experiment with new techniques, flavors, and seasonal ingredients to enhance the dessert offerings. Collaborate with the Sous chef and restaurant team to align pastry items with the overall menu. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 12+ years in pastry and bakery, preferably in catering experience . Technical Skills: Strong expertise in baking, chocolate work, sugar art, and plated desserts. Creativity: Ability to develop visually appealing and flavorful desserts. Leadership: Strong team management, training, and organizational skills.
