Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commi in the bakery and pastry section at our multiple location in Mumbai. The Commi will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and baking of pastries and other baked goods, ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen, and working closely with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Additional tasks include following recipes and instructions accurately, maintaining equipment and tools, and adhering to food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Food Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary Skills
• Strong understanding and practice of Hygiene and Food Safety
• Effective Communication skills
• Experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen is a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
