Job Description

Hiring Position: Sous Chef – Peruvian & South American Cuisine

We are looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef with strong experience in Peruvian cuisine and a good understanding of South American flavors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing full kitchen operations.
  • Lead and train kitchen staff; maintain high standards of hygiene and organization.
  • Contribute to menu development, R&D, and new dish creation.
  • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control.
  • Manage inventory, food cost, and minimize waste.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of kitchen experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Peruvian cuisine; South American culinary knowledge is a plus.
  • Skilled in kitchen operations, food safety, and modern cooking techniques.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and a strong team leader.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
