Live Grill Cook

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Live Fire Grill Cook to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and grilling meats, seafood, and vegetables over an open flame while ensuring high standards of taste, quality, and presentation. This role requires excellent timing, focus, and an understanding of fire-grilling techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain live-fire grill equipment safely.
• Prepare and season ingredients according to recipes and standards.
• Grill meats, seafood, and vegetables to the desired doneness.
• Monitor temperature and fire intensity to ensure consistent cooking.
• Plate and present dishes with attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Communicate with kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working on a grill or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
• Knowledge of grilling techniques and meat temperatures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-heat environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to food quality and consistency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
