Grill Cook

Job Title: Live Grill Cook | minimum 2years + experience

Job Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and skilled Live Grill Cook to join our team. In this role, you will prepare and grill food items in front of guests, ensuring delicious taste, great presentation, and a fun dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage the live grill station during service.
• Cook and grill meats, seafood, and vegetables as per recipes and guest preferences.
• Interact politely with guests and answer basic food-related questions.
• Ensure food is cooked safely and served hot and fresh.
• Keep the grill station clean, stocked, and organised at all times.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and kitchen standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a grill cook or similar role preferred.
• Good knowledge of grilling techniques and cooking temperatures.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality.
• Friendly attitude and confidence to engage with guests.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
