Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr. Social Media Executive, based in Bhopal. The Jr. Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and managing social media accounts. The role also involves working closely with the marketing team to drive digital marketing efforts and enhance online presence. The candidate will monitor social media trends, interact with followers, and analyze performance metrics to optimize social media initiatives.

Requirement

Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Website).

Create engaging posts, reels, and videos to drive brand visibility.

Develop fresh, innovative ideas for campaigns and audience engagement.

Assist in planning and executing content calendars.

Monitor analytics, track performance, and suggest improvements.

Stay updated with social media trends and apply them creatively.

Must Have

6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in social media/content creation (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).

Creative mindset with skills in reel making, video editing, and content writing.

Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop or similar tools is a plus.

Strong communication and storytelling ability.

Passion for social media and digital branding.
