Job Description

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Trainee who has prior hands-on experience (2–6 months) in handling social media accounts. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media trends, content creation, and online engagement, with the ability to assist in managing brand presence across multiple platforms.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day activities on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.).

• Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement.

• Support in running basic ad campaigns and boosting posts.

• Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute campaigns.

• Stay updated with current trends, hashtags, and platform features.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1.5 years of hands-on experience in handling social media accounts (internship/freelance/trainee experience acceptable).

• Basic understanding of content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).

• Familiarity with social media analytics and insights.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Creativity, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
