• The candidate will focus on a comprehensive strategy for Kadam and Pollie involves overseeing social

media agencies, branding, project management, and budgeting for ROI optimization, influencer

collaborations, mood board designing, content shoots, posting scheduling on all social media platforms,

blogging, PR activities, NGO workshops, in-house director reel scripts and shooting, graphical agency

supervision, retargeting strategies. Collaboration with internal teams ensures alignment with the brand

objectives and matching industry standards.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

• Define social media KPIs and track the performance of social media campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High level of creativity to produce innovative content and marketing campaigns.

• Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing and social media trends.

• Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and projects simultaneously.

• Knowledge of online marketing channels and tools.
