Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer to join our team(Prosperiti Homes).The ideal candidate will be responsible for various aspects of project management, including cost estimation, material reconciliation, and project coordination. Below are the key responsibilities: 1. Material Reconciliation: Ensure accurate reconciliation of all materials used in projects. 2. Estimations and Drawing Quantification: Prepare detailed estimations and quantifications based on drawings, including Bill of Quantities (BOQ). 3. Rate Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of work rates to ensure accuracy and cost-effectiveness. 4. Documentation Management: Manage work orders, contract agreements, and purchase orders effectively. 5. Comparison Statements: Prepare and analyze comparison statements to support decision-making. 6. Budget Tracking: Monitor and track project budgets to ensure financial control. 7. Contractor Billing: Oversee and process all contractor billing to ensure timely payments. 8. Planning and Scheduling: Develop and maintain project plans and schedules. 9. Schedule Tracking: Track project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks. 10. Drawing Coordination: Coordinate and manage drawing revisions and updates. 11. Project Coordination: Facilitate communication and coordination between various project stakeholders. 12. Reporting: Prepare and manage daily and monthly reports, including Daily Progress Reports (DPR), cash flows, and other relevant documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Experience of 3-4yrs Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Proficiency in relevant software and tools. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
