Jr QS Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), quantity take-offs, and material requirement sheets for various project stages.
• Perform cost estimation, rate analysis, and budget preparation for civil, structural, and finishing works.
• Verify, check, and certify contractor/vendor bills and coordinate with site teams for measurement verification.
• Track project costs, monitor budget vs. actual expenses, and report variances.
• Support procurement by providing cost comparisons, rate justification, and assisting in tendering and bid analysis.
• Review drawings, technical specifications, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Assist in managing change orders / variation claims with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and contractors for timely execution.
• Maintain proper documentation of quantities, bills, and cost reports. Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,436.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
