Civil Site Engineer

Job Title: Site Engineer – Structural Works Experience Required: 3 to 6 Years Industry: Construction / Real Estate Project Type: High-Rise Residential Key Responsibilities: Execute structural work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Supervise all on-site structural activities including RCC works, shuttering, steel reinforcement, concreting, and foundation works. Ensure proper setting out, leveling, and alignment of structures on site. Coordinate with structural consultants, contractors, and project managers to ensure timely execution. Monitor labor and subcontractor performance and ensure work quality and safety. Maintain daily progress reports, material usage logs, and other site records. Conduct inspections for formwork, rebar, and concrete quality before and during casting. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and company protocols. Coordinate with MEP and finishing teams to avoid execution conflicts. Assist in preparing bar bending schedules (BBS) and quantity estimations. Desired Candidate Profile: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in structural works for residential/commercial high-rise projects. Strong knowledge of structural drawings and construction sequences. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation. Sound understanding of safety procedures and quality standards. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage manpower on-site.
