Jr Project Co-ordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will act as a critical link between our internal teams and external clients, managing timelines, gathering requirements, and supporting customer success initiatives that drive long-term engagement and satisfaction.

This role requires someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for nurturing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
• Coordinate and monitor project activities from initiation to closure, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and trackers to ensure transparency across stakeholders.
• Client Engagement:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively communicate project status, changes, and potential risks, ensuring client expectations are managed effectively.
• Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions with clients to foster trust and partnership.
• Customer Success:
• Support onboarding, training, and adoption efforts for new clients.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and account growth.
• Monitor client health metrics and address issues proactively to ensure continued success and satisfaction.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
• Relay client feedback internally to drive product and service enhancements.
• Risk Management:
• Identify project bottlenecks, risks, or issues early and work on mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a project coordination, client engagement, or customer success role, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask across multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
• Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to solving client challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
