Jr. Client Servicing Executive

Role Overview: You will serve as the central and single point of contact for assigned brand accounts, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Your main responsibility will be to build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships, fostering trust and satisfaction. To achieve this, you will need to develop a thorough understanding of each client's business goals, objectives, target audience, market plans, and competitors. Proactively gathering and documenting detailed client requirements for various branding and marketing initiatives will be key to your success. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective marketing and digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives. Contribute to account planning processes and provide strategic insights and recommendations based on market understanding and consumer research.
