Job Description

Role Overview: You will serve as the central and single point of contact for assigned brand accounts, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Your main responsibility will be to build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships, fostering trust and satisfaction. To achieve this, you will need to develop a thorough understanding of each client's business goals, objectives, target audience, market plans, and competitors. Proactively gathering and documenting detailed client requirements for various branding and marketing initiatives will be key to your success. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective marketing and digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives. Contribute to account planning processes and provide strategic insights and recommendations based on market understanding and consumer research. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the central point of contact for assigned brand accounts - Build and nurture strong client relationships - Gather and document detailed client requirements - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing strategies - Contribute to account planning processes - Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients - Consult clients on various marketing fronts - Oversee day-to-day operations of client accounts - Prepare and present high-quality client presentations and reports - Track and measure marketing outcomes - Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies - Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the client portfolio - Address client concerns and resolve issues effectively - Ensure brand alignment across all marketing activities Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in Marketing preferred) - 1-2 years of experience in account servicing, client servicing, marketing, or agency-related roles - Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and projects - Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented problem-solving approach - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Proficiency in using presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Keynote,
