Jr. Client Servicing Executive

As part of the Kolkata Sales team, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Generating MIS reports for the Kolkata Sales team, including revenues and forecasts on a monthly and quarterly basis for various profit centers based on inputs from the Sales team. - Handling Cheque reports and coordinating with the Accounts department for Bills and Receipts of Clients. - Providing monthly and quarterly updates to clients on Hit Reports, promotion status, Articles, etc. - Collaborating with production teams for regular updates and follow-ups on work progress. - Addressing client queries and preparing initial drafts of proposals. Qualifications for this role include: - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Knowledge of local languages would be beneficial but not mandatory. - Graduates are preferred for this position. - Ideally, you should have at least 1 year of experience in back-office operations within a sales function. Please note that this role will require you to work as part of the Kolkata Sales team reporting to the Head of Web-Solution Sales in Kolkata. The assignment is result-oriented with promising growth prospects. The location for this position is in Kolkata, and the age bracket for applicants is between 22 to 30 years.
